As a Senior Security Engagement Specialist, responsibilities include leading the strategic direction and execution of a comprehensive security and privacy awareness program fostering a culture of security across the organization. The role involves managing a simulated phishing program, developing and overseeing security, privacy, and role-based compliance training, and implementing global security engagement initiatives. Other responsibilities include creation and implementation of gamified programs and developing engaging resources such as newsletters, global communications, and event-driven activities utilizing creative instructional delivery methods like video, audio, and print.

Served as the training and awareness program manager of the Information Security Office within Carnegie Mellon University’s Computing Services department. Primary job responsibilities included instructional design, content management, stakeholder outreach and communication, as well as all on-going enhancements to Carnegie Mellon’s information security training and outreach program through creative and collaborative efforts.
