During my time as the Hotel G's Conference Service Manager my duties as Sales Coordinator were continued with the additional responsibilities of contracting group business. Contributing to both the SMERF and Corporate sales funnel growth, while maintaining excellent relations with current accounts.

San Francisco Bay Area

As Sales Coordinator for the Hotel G San Francisco it was my duty to support the Sales, Revenue, Finance and Operations teams. Some key duties included the creation of all group and local corporate agreements, creating and maintaining the Sales department file systems, sending balance due invoices, collecting payments and building rate plans in the Hotels PMS and Booking Engine. Additionally, as Sales Coordinator I was the first contact for corporate client inquires regarding reservations and billing as well as the primary contact for all Convention Housing Bureaus pre and post event.

San Francisco Bay Area

In my role as G-Host I provided excellent customer service to all the guests of Hotel G while maintaining the integrity of the brand voice. Some responsibilities included daily check in and check out of guests, processing various forms of payment, updating logs and check lists, posting charges, balancing hotel rooms inventory.Additionally, as relief Night Auditor I acted as MoD for the Hotel between 10:30AM and 6:30AM on assigned weekends. Duties includes processing all daily financials, closing daily cc batch, counting cash drawers, preparing reports for management and incoming G-Host shift.
