- Oversee and manage a staff of 20-30 employees- Responsible for assigning staff positions, completing daily safety checks, writing incident reports when necessary, communicating with executive staff on game/non-game days- Ensuring safety at The Yard, which is comprised of fan attractions such as a hot dog launcher, climbing wall, Phan Field, and The Bullpen.- Promoting a positive work environment for employees and creating a positive experience for fans.- Coordinating with staff and executives during postgame/pregame events, including non-game-day events. Such as Birthdays, Player Events, Postgame Concerts, Run the Bases, etc.- Assists the Coordinator for Marketing/Events with any tasks on game/non-gamedays

- Works primarily in “The Yard,” the children’s entertainment facility with attractions of wiffle ball, rock climbing, bullpen pitching radar, and hot dog launcher.- Assists Marketing/Events sector with non game-day/game-day events (such as postgame concerts on-field, Kids Run the Bases, Senior Stroll the Bases, etc.)- Assists in Special Events that take place in “the Yard.” Such as Birthdays, Community Events, and Phillies Charities Events.

- Assists in promotional giveaways for the Flyers and Wings on gamedays and ensures a positive fan experience for all ages.- Responsible for setting up and cleaning promotional giveaways during home games (pre & post-game).- Promotes the Flyers and Wings brands to all fans.- Assists Marketing with other duties.

- Captures all media (photos, and videos) of the Saint Joseph's University Club Hockey Team for the 2024-2025 Atlantic Coast Collegiate Hockey League season.- Creates edit videos and edits photos within the Adobe Suite.

- Manages a monthly/weekly schedule for multiple Sacristans in the Church.- Communicates events/masses that are scheduled from the Pastor to the Sacristans- Ensures organization and communication with all Sacristans and staff within the Church- Prepares for Masses, organizing holy objects and equipment.- Handles and communicates any last-minute issues or problems before and after Masses.- Assists in special Catholic Masses and services.- Coordinates with priests, funeral home directors, parishioners, and musicians to ensure the organization of the various services.

- Works weekdays and weekends, primarily in the Summertime but also throughout the year. - Prepares for daily Masses, organizing holy objects and equipment.- Handles and communicates any last minute issues or problems prior to and after Masses.- Assists in special Catholic Masses and services.- Coordinates with different Priests, funeral home directors, parishioners, and musicians to ensure organization for the various services.

- Co-Founding Organizational Interns for select group of High School Students- Communications coordinator with over 200 partnering organizations- Head Media Producer for all video, photography, and media- Coordinates with local media to produce certain videos

Volunteered as a Head Coach for a 13-15 age Baseball league for SEYAA (Southeast Youth Athletic Association).This includes running practices, creating lineups, running game strategies, coordinating with Parents, Players, Umpires, and League Commissioner, and managing the overall team.
