Acquisition Requirements Manager and Capabilities Integration Officer for Marine Corps Medium and Heavy Tactical Equipment portfolios. Portfolio consists of roughly 24,000 items, valued in excess of $2.5 billion dollars. Responsible for assessing, supporting, developing and integrating across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and education, Personnel and Facilities, and Cost (DOTMLPF/Cost). Managed cross-portfolio integration to modernize existing transportation capability and generate future force capability.

Responsible for Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) schedules, Enterprise Lifecycle Maintenances Program (ELMP) requirements and participation, Calibrations Program scheduling and execution, Modifications Program scheduling and execution. Direct communication with Installations and Logistics for the identification of emerging requirements.

Manage Site Inspector Instructor Staff focused on training, readiness and success of this Reserve maintenance detachment. Reorganized intermediate maintenance activity and assist other units in the area using trained maintenance teams. Handle fiscal responsibilities, manage all functional areas and supervise internal inspections. Developed and maintain partnership with Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR) Commander, supporting development and implementation of training. Coordinate with SMCR Commander in providing trained personnel to deploy and serve as individuals, teams, detachments, companies or battalion. Supervise Military Funeral Honors Support, Casualty Assistance and regional administrative assistance. Maintain community relations and provide Toys-for-Tots Program support.

Provided all motor transport operations and maintenance support to the Commanding Officer by directing all vehicle licensing, dispatch, operation, and maintenance. Maintained collateral billets as the Battalion Safety Officer and Hazardous Material Officer while simultaneously leading and mentoring Marines.
