Client Manager
Deliver an outstanding Client satisfaction factor to multiple business Client’s who utilize Allied Universal Security services. Build long-term meaningful Client relationships and effectively interact and serve as a motivational influence with employees that provide security services for approximately thirty (30) separate Client sites, many of which include Fortune 500 companies. Serve as the liaison spokesperson between Allied Universal and the Client / Customer via conducting highly strategic face-to-face meetings with Client VP’s, HR Directors, Facilities Managers and Quality Assurance Managers. Establish the tone, direction and client-specific plan for agreed-upon high level security service expectations. Work with all Allied team members, GM, Director of Operations, Operation Managers and Shift Supervisor’s to ensure all security services are delivered in a quality and cost-effective manner.
