Increase the survivability of military and civilian contractor students and their teams through training in; firearms, defensive driving, combatives, team tactics, and emergency medicine. Familiarize and train students in the operation and maintenance of weapons and equipment to include but not limited to M4 carbine, AK-47, M9 service pistol, Sig Sauer M18 and P226, Glock 19, Trijicon optics, EOTech optics, PEQ 15 and night vision goggles. As lead medical instructor, I am responsible for all organization and inventory of medical supplies and equipment to ensure appropriate materials are available for all medical training. Developed and instruct current Tactical Combat Casualty Care curriculum. As the Driving Program Manager I am responsible for the execution of crucible’s high threat driving program to include hard surface, unimproved road, and off road disciplines. Direct instructors in the execution of program of instruction including ongoing activity hazard analysis. Assign teaching topics, ensure proper time management and liaise with client to confirm performance metrics. Act as lead in-car instructor in providing student direction and feedback for improved performance.
