While working at Silver Lined Solutions I learnt not only a lot about Salesforce but interacting with clients and developing my soft skills. My main duties at Silver Lined Solutions included setting up Salesforce Orgs with mainly Admin skills however I was able to do Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce alongside some Lightning Components. I was also on the phone to Clients helping them with their orgs with any queries that they had. I went on Client sites multiple times getting documentation and producing Solution Summaries, Time estimates and Statement Of Works.

Alongside my main job working as a software developer Monday-Friday, I will also be working Sunday's 9-6 at Alton's Garden Centre. During this job, I will be working on the tills helping customers carry stuff to their car's and also providing friendly customer service.

Joe has chosen an apprenticeship scheme route to becoming a software developer rather than pure academic qualifications. He has shown he is resourceful and adaptable in developing and learning new skills and understanding how the results of his development work can be applied in a business environment. With some entrepreneurial spirit in marketing and selling web streaming software he has developed. His time at Airasintersoft has shown that he has a brilliant attitude and aptitude to learning new skills across the complete full stack of client server hardware and software. Joe in his own time developed streaming technologies and sold this to xxx streaming websites. Working at a relatively small ‘insurance’ software provider he has had the opportunity to develop and implement software in a commercial environment. This is significantly different to building skills in a pure academic environment. Joe is ambitious and motivated to create a career in software development. But he has a balanced personality enjoying sport and recently appointed captain of the club tennis team.
