At Health One I am responsible for the execution of the full product lifecycle of all software development work for the company. I communicate with executives and stakeholders on the overall mission of our products to help the company meet its goals. Over my tenure at Health One my responsibility has increased and I have grown as a servant leader.

Responsible for all; product development specification and requirements, project implementation duties, customer support duties, and internal company support, for the HMI Smartcard and kiosk registration software.

Collaborated with the clinical information system's personnel, in cooperation with users of the emergency department, to implement the EmergisoftED software in hospital emergency rooms. In this position I was responsible for coordinating all aspects of planning, configuration, training, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of the Emergency Department's requirements from the time the hospital's contract signing through the go live implementation of the software.

Managed, produced, and delivered education curriculums for diverse business and technical programs. I acted as the subject matter expert on the retail point-of-sale software, were I was given projects to support, build reports, and training programs for the POS software. This required the ability to manage several concurrent projects, and maintain high standards of quality.I also Installed hardware and software for windows based applications operating in a Windows NT environment. Analyzed and documented best practices, and standard business processes for point-of-sale, handicap, and tournament planning software. Educated users on the systems via one-on-one and group training sessions.
