Fully supporting Takeda clinical celiac disease programs, TAK-062 and TAK-101 as biomarker lead.Leading effort to assess CROs for ability to serve as a Phase 3 clinical trial vendor to support celiac histology. Reviewing capabilities for properly orienting and processing samples and developing methods for digital pathology scoring of samples to enable Vh:Cd, IEL count, and Marsh-Oberhuber scoring.Leading effort to evaluate the utility of different histology endpoints (quantitative and categorical) for use in celiac disease. This has yielded posters presented at ICDS, DDW, and UEGW meetings and content for briefing book submission to FDA. Manuscript is also in preparation.
