Joe and his team were responsible for supporting the separation of Brighthouse Financial from MetLife. He assisted the Brighthouse investments team in creating its asset management and portfolio strategy processes, including new product design and pricing, developing and implementing investment guidelines, macro allocation, investment strategy, and portfolio construction. Previously, he was Head of Investment Grade Trading and the Portfolio Manager for the U.S. investment grade portfolio at MetLife. He also served as Senior Portfolio Manager and Strategist of Portfolio Management wherein he was responsible for asset allocation, and allocation of capital and management of more than $300 billion of assets, including fixed income securities, commercial and agriculture loans, equity, real estate, alternative investments and derivative instruments.
