Reviewed medical records to determine the impact of the injured workers' restrictions would have in establishing an appropriate vocational goal. Case management. Provided injured workers with vocational guidance and counseling. Monitored the progress of injured workers while they were in training programs. Arranged on-the-job training (OJT) positions for injured workers. Negotiated the length of the OJT contract, rate of reimbursement and payment schedule. Referred injured workers to other community based organizations to obtain services not provided by the Bureau. Participated on various statewide teams to improve policies and procedures for more effective service delivery to injured workers. Conducted required yearly Qualified Rehabilitation Provider workshops. Other duties as assigned.

Provided vocational guidance and counseling to Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) recipients to assist them in becoming self sufficient as part of an interdisciplinary team. Provided employability skills training, job leads and referrals to community based organizations. Conducted a job club to provide participants with the skills to successfully conduct a job search. Attended and conducted interdisciplinary case staffings with other team members. Case management. Conducted WAGES orientations that informed participants of their rights and responsibilities. Input data into the Wages Information System (WIS), Job Information System (JIS) and FLORIDA computer system. Provided labor market information to customers after registering them for work.
