About Joseph Mccool

Throughout my career, I have directed high-velocity, agile facilities that have provided a platform for sustained long-term growth, while demonstrating success in inspiring success and alignment, developing multiple generations of leaders, and achieving top-tier KPIs for on-time delivery, productivity, uptime, safety, and budget compliance.Since 2023, I have served as Senior Director of Distribution and Logistics with IPS Corporation, a global manufacturer of plumbing and roofing products for construction, industrial, and manufacturing applications. Under my leadership, we executed a modernization of the distribution and logistics framework for the Diversified Products division, which strengthened P&L performance, reduced DPMO, boosted on-time delivery, and onboarded a new secondary 3PL storage facility that increased reserve storage capacity and accelerated throughput across the supply chain.Prior to this, I was Senior Vice President of Distribution for the US West Coast Operation with Burlington Stores, a $10B, Fortune 500 off-price retailer. As an executive leader and owner of a series of automated distribution centers and warehouses, my organization and I enabled a go-to-market transformation via the design, development, and management of world-class operations serving 924 corporate stores, and representing 60% of the company's retail footprint. If you would like to explore career opportunities at IPS Corporation, I invite you to visit us online at https://ipscorp.com/careers.
