Responsible for ensuring products meet defined requirements by performing dimensional inspections, visual examinations, nondestructive testing and hardness testing to written procedures. Verify product and related documentation are traceable to product. Perform surveillance of manufacturing areas verifying personnel are using calibrated gages/ instruments and are working to latest addition of approved documents. Input inspection activities and reports into computer system. Inspections performed include liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, visual, radiographic, radiographic film interpretation and ultrasonic (shear wave).

Responsible for performing radiographic, liquid penetrant, and magnetic particle inspection when applicable on new spool piping for the power and process industries in accordance with approved documents. Report findings of inspections and expedite production orders when needed. Perform hydrostatic pressure test when applicable. Perform other duties as assigned.
