My role is responsible for the overall operation of the business reporting directly to the Managing Director and shareholders as well as being involved in current business strategy, future goals and implementation in achieving this. In addition, the role involves account management for key account clients and our supply chain.Daily OperationsEnsuring all departments operate effectively and deliver an end product that is satisfactory to both customers and the business. This involves daily meetings and discussions with the Monitoring Station Supervisor, Service Department Supervisor, Installation Department Supervisor and Accounts/HR Department. Operational issues are identified and resolutions to remedy are discussed and put into place and reviewed to ensure that these are effective. In addition to this, when required, meetings are held with external partners to identify opportunities, discuss any problems and find a solution to resolve any issues. Ongoing assessment that the business adheres to its’ own Health & Safety policy and the requirements of our customer base.Account ManagementMeetings are held either quarterly or monthly with key customers to review our performance, discuss and resolve any issues. In addition, discussions are held to identify our customers’ future plans and how this may affect us and vice versa. Supply chain meetings are held when required to discuss supply chain performance, account terms and conditions and any new products that may be of benefit to the business.
