• Supervise and oversee marketing and fan engagement, ticket office, ticket sales & service, and annual giving teams, managing a team of 20 staff members• Responsible for developing annual revenue goals and strategic plans to meet those goals• Successfully increased Men’s Basketball and Women’s Basketball ticket revenue, setting all-time records for both sports• Serve as a member of Arizona Athletics Executive Team, contributing to strategic decision-making• Lead ticket sales initiatives to maximize revenue and attendance, including season, single, group, and premium seating options• Primary liaison for Learfield with athletic department supporting sponsorship sales, service and activation for the department• Develop and maintain strong relationships with campus partners, including campus bookstore, Licensing and Marketing, parking and transportation, and University of Arizona Foundation• Work directly with Athletics Director and Executive Senior Associate AD on planning and tracking of Golf Facility project and all aspects of fundraising for $15 million facility• Increase of Wildcat Club membership by 29% over a three-year period• Manage portfolio of major gift donors and secure gifts for capital projects and other priorities- $7.8 million raised in major gifts while at Arizona- An average of 141% raised towards annual goals- 93% average renewal rate for donor portfolio

Overseeing all game day and non game day activities for all of our Premium Seating Holders. Servicing all Premium seating holders and donors for Men's Basketball and Football. Helping companies utilize Lobos Sports to build relationships and expand their presence in their market.

My role is to establish relationships with top companies in the Phoenix Valley. Main goal of the relationship is to help them grow their business, insulate their current clients from competitive erosion and help them build their key economic relationships.
