During my time at Verkada, I was a trusted technical advisor for IT Directors, CTOs, CISOs, and Senior Network Engineers. I supported 2 sales teams with roughly 8 sales reps each, in understanding our current deals and next steps. I leveraged my technical knowledge and curiosity to overcome customer barriers/concerns, and find solutions to our customers' problems.On the back end, I was in an ideal position, having a technical understanding of the product, but also hearing the customers' experiences every day. This mad me a pivotal source of feedback for Product, influencing the direction that Product took, in order to better serve our customers' needs.
