Implementation Specialist
Current. Work directly with clients to configure and implement self-service and mobile products such as CSR24, Applied Mobile, MobileInsured, Applied Marketing Automation, and Indio
· Proactively identify and set client expectations for projects
· Monitor project process through continuous communication with clients and internal departments
· Provide a strong and personalized customer service experience
· Assist clients with making product related configuration decisions
· Act as the first line of technical support during the implementation cycle for clients
· Work with a variety of clients that are both new system setups as well as those merging with existing clients
· Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of company products, usage, features, etc.
· Assist in maintaining company system(s) and company records of client information
