Worked on a project funded by DRDO under my guide, Dr. Raguraman Munuswamy which involved analysis and impact testing of a missile head. Involved using tools like Hypermesh and LS-DYNA.

Led the vehicle dynamics team of 8 members. Managing the design and manufacturing of suspension and steering subsystems. Our college participated in SAE mBaja, a competition to design and race a full scale all terrain vehicle.I was responsible for calculating our initial theoretical values for various parts like the powertrain and rollcage with reference to academic papers and journals related to automobile engineering. I also simulated and analyzed a few parts using ANSYS Workbench. Also used IPG carmaker to perform various virtual tests.

Designed a bio inspired porous structure with inspiration from butterfly wings & sea sponges usingRhino 3D. Tested the 3D printed prototypes of the porous structures via compression and tensile testing. Also performed non linear structural analysis of the structures using Hypermesh to verify the results with the experimental data.Additionally, I designed plastic 3D printed enclosures for the electronics of a toy using Solidworks and the 3D printed parts of the toy itself.
