General • Managing two manufacturing facilities with a work force of 85 operators and 22 machines• Complete ownership of the production, performance, output, efficiency, quality, safety and engineering of the factoriesManagement• Managing the labour force including implementing development and training for the benefit of the business• Managing disciplinary cases related to either performance or behaviour • Manage and mentor 3 Team Leaders regarding their leadership and performanceOperations• Encouraging a Safety Culture where Safety is the highest priority, conducting Risk Assessments to identify and eliminate risks • Liaising with the Planning team to develop a production plan that would maintain a high level OTD and maintain DIFOT• Liaising with the Maintenance team daily to assist in planning Preventative Maintenance, escalate nonstandard repair work and prioritize critical lines• Liaising with the Engineering team daily to discuss and analyse machine performance in regards to processing aspects, work on efficiency projects and review SOPs• Leading and conducting Continuous Improvement Projects using Lean Tools and the Six Sigma Method such as material efficiency projects and increasing OEE• Maintaining product quality by working with the Quality team to ensure SOP are followed, writing new SOPs, and conducting investigations on Quality issues to reduce COPQ• Conducting regular Tool Box Talks and factory performance review meetings• Continually working on Projects to find improvements to maintain and exceed KPI goals (Labour and material efficiency, reducing COPQ)

General • Analyse manufacturing processes and plant capacity data to determine production conditions and resource requirements, coordinating workflow, operations, sequences of production and lead times• Using the ERP/MRP system (SAP) to analyse inventory levels, customer and production orders, sales allocations and WIP control• Conduct S&OP meetings• Prepare production plans ensuring a cost effective and achievable schedule ensuring production requirements will meet customer and business expectations• Participate and show cooperation with shop floor management to resolve issues regarding to manufacturing efficiencies, cost reduction, waste minimisation or any other additional data as requested by Manufacturing, Sales and other departments• Negotiated contract price with Vendors and help increased the purchasing power of the company (for cost savings), obtaining quotes for review and expedite PO delivery in full and timely manner making the parts available for production without delay

• Project based role based evaluating and studying the chemical compositions of the various foam products manufactured to find new compositions to improve the manufacturing process

Project based internship based on Continuous and Process Improvement of two critical lines to increase the efficiency and speed of the machine for the end result of increasing capacity of the factory.
