Key responsibilities include:• Responsible for all accounting and finance operations across the manufacturing system, with direct responsibility for plant controller’s (9) and manufacturing operations staff (3).• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all financial reporting including monthly actual, forecast, budget, and strategic planning cycles.• Responsible for development, reporting, monitoring, and analysis of manufacturing performance, including providing financial guidance in all aspects of plant operations. Includes mitigating risk and enhancing plant-reported financial results in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.• Interpret and evaluate detailed plant performance metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis in order to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and provide variance analysis for management review and action.• Analyze part margins and identify cost improvement opportunities across the manufacturing system.• Support review of new program quotes with leadership team. • Responsible for execution of yearly capital spending plan including review of all proposed projects for appropriate justification, monitoring of project spending, and post project audits. Annual spend ~$50m - $100m, including two new production facility start ups. • Responsible for the overall development and completion of the annual manufacturing financial plan. This includes analytical reviews of cost center rates, line performance standards and product standard costs, productivity improvements and overhead spending.• Participated in due diligence activities related to LKQ’s and Vitro Automotive’ s acquisitions of PGW in 2016 and 2017, respectively.

• Defining, analyzing and implementing global strategies as part of the Trico Executive Leadership Team. • Responsible for recruitment and professional development of all finance and accounting team members for Trico’s global operations. • Key contributor to attaining the profit and loss expectations for Trico Products through the oversight of all financial plans and accounting practices across the actual, forecast, budgeting, and audit activities.• Responsible for financial & accounting controls, standards, and ensured timely reporting to Trico’s internal management team and corporate parent (Tomkins PLC).• Tracked and monitored Trico’s $10M annual cost improvement program, supported review and analysis of growth opportunities and all investment proposals. • Direct reports include 5 regional financial controllers, three business unit finance managers responsible for new business quoting and margin analysis, one cost improvement manager, and one global finance manager.• Key contributor of the Trico Executive Team responsible for successfully completing sale from corporate parent (Tomkins PLC) to private equity sponsor (Kohlberg & Co.). Tasks included management presentations, due diligence, and execution of all required pre and post transaction finance activities
