The result was the ability to cut system acquisition timelines from 5 years to 18 months. - Developed the organizational structure of this new military service as a handpicked member of the Space Force development team assigned to conceptualize, build the framework, and operationalize the headquarters for this new service. Foresaw and eliminated potential career development limitations to 1800+ security forces members spread across over 130 locations around the world.- Financially responsible for efforts to increase the unit budget from $3.2M to $5.6M in the first year by identification of six new low cost, high return opportunities which were corporately funded based on their value to the organization.- Validated the major construction packages and mitigating efforts for seven bases and their subordinate units to ensure the accurate and valued at over $150M annually. -

This new organization consolidated operations from 10 locations to one in a first ever effort to streamline support operations for the corporate Air Force. The result was we successfully transitioned the operation in the midst of a 20% personnel reduction and 12 months ahead of schedule. - Orchestrated 14 business process re-engineering events to streamline processes for the Air Force, developing business rules for the operation of this consolidated support/service center. This effort was not without controversy, but through successful negotiations for all 14 events, we successfully met the needs of corporate Air Force and won over the key stakeholders.- As the program manager for installation support, oversaw execution of an annual $250M budget with guidance into the larger AF FSRM/Construction/O&M budgets of $2.7B, a $446M increase in 2016. -

This consolidation enabled the standardization of training and the opportunity to deploy consistently trained personnel, while saving $15M per year in travel and training costs. Additionally, deployed to Afghanistan for one year to advise the Chief of the Afghan National Police Force on logistics and budgeting processes. -

Took command after a major unit inspection failure and led the squadron to be “2009 Best Large Security Forces Unit” within 16 months. - Innovative leadership led to integrating the first use of a small unmanned aerial vehicle by the DoD in the continental US, leveraging 33 sorties to support 9 satellite launches and over 15 environmental studies. - Human resources expertise led to the identification of a 212 personnel shortfall and through continued and consistent pressure on our headquarters, resulted in receiving 70 funded positions within 16 months of arriving. -
