- Conducted energy assessments of military installations beginning with identification of key processes, analyzing the impact of a loss of power on these processes/critical infrastructure, and then conducting live exercises involving the actual loss of power for 8-12 hours for the entire base. This resulted in the identification of over 45 vulnerabilities to critical facilities and we designed solutions to mitigate the loss of power for each facility to senior military leaders.- Provided analytic and advanced research expertise in evaluating event security measures and processes for US Senators when they were away from the Capitol and in their home states attending events. This analysis resulting in my identification of 3 critical improvement areas and 17 recommended improvement areas for Senator’s security in the wake of the 6 Jan Capitol incident.

- Led the Space Force security innovation team in the utilization of rapid acquisition processes and new methodologies to address critical future needs for space systems still in development. The result was the ability to cut system acquisition timelines from 5 years to 18 months. - Developed the organizational structure of this new military service as a handpicked member of the Space Force development team assigned to conceptualize, build the framework, and operationalize the headquarters for this new service. Foresaw and eliminated potential career development limitations to 1800+ security forces members spread across over 130 locations around the world.- Financially responsible for efforts to increase the unit budget from $3.2M to $5.6M in the first year by identification of six new low cost, high return opportunities which were corporately funded based on their value to the organization.- Validated the major construction packages and mitigating efforts for seven bases and their subordinate units to ensure the accurate and valued at over $150M annually.

- Senior leader as a part of a two year effort with ANSER's Mission Assurance Assessment team to evaluate 13 installations, spread across the Pacific Ocean to improve the reliability and survivability of the bases. In the process, we highlighted 75+ significant areas for improvement and 35 critical vulnerabilities/capability gaps. This led to the development of solutions to close or mitigate these gaps along with providing justification to secure corporate resource allocations worth $286M in projects in two years.

- The second leader to arrive on the team challenged with establishing a new organization responsible for civil engineering support, communications, logistics and first responders for 77 installations across the globe. This new organization consolidated operations from 10 locations to one in a first ever effort to streamline support operations for the corporate Air Force. The result was we successfully transitioned the operation in the midst of a 20% personnel reduction and 12 months ahead of schedule. - Orchestrated 14 business process re-engineering events to streamline processes for the Air Force, developing business rules for the operation of this consolidated support/service center. This effort was not without controversy, but through successful negotiations for all 14 events, we successfully met the needs of corporate Air Force and won over the key stakeholders.- As the program manager for installation support, oversaw execution of an annual $250M budget with guidance into the larger AF FSRM/Construction/O&M budgets of $2.7B, a $446M increase in 2016.

- Piloted a diverse division of more than 70 personnel developing programs and policies for the Air Force leading to the consolidation of four advanced skills training sites to one. This consolidation enabled the standardization of training and the opportunity to deploy consistently trained personnel, while saving $15M per year in travel and training costs. Additionally, deployed to Afghanistan for one year to advise the Chief of the Afghan National Police Force on logistics and budgeting processes.

- Oversaw a 2,250-person group providing essential operational functions including contracting, personnel and information management, environmental restoration, logistics readiness and transportation management for Maxell AFB. - Led the negotiations for a new $59M Base Operating Support contract and drove $3M in savings through reduction of overrun costs/profit sharing of under-budget contract execution.- Facilitated the integration of FEMA operations supporting 95K victims of 2013 Gulf Coast hurricanes by coordinating the bed down and dispersion of 295 tractor trailers of food/water to those most in need.

- Conducted a multitude of research efforts on multiple team/projects impacting DoD level projects to include leading an internet derivative targeting operational Red Team to identify previously unrealized vulnerabilities across multiple critical DoD and intelligence agencies. This research provided critical situational awareness and led to the reform of multiple information security policies. - Other DOD level projects included DoD PME evaluations, US Army vehicle acquisition team and SecDef efficiency tasks on physical security and military compensation reform.

- Led over 600 military and civilian security forces personnel responsible for physical security, law enforcement, launch support operations and conservation enforcement on the third largest Air Force installation covering 100,000 acres in California’s Central Coast region. Took command after a major unit inspection failure and led the squadron to be “2009 Best Large Security Forces Unit” within 16 months. - Innovative leadership led to integrating the first use of a small unmanned aerial vehicle by the DoD in the continental US, leveraging 33 sorties to support 9 satellite launches and over 15 environmental studies. - Human resources expertise led to the identification of a 212 personnel shortfall and through continued and consistent pressure on our headquarters, resulted in receiving 70 funded positions within 16 months of arriving.

- Led mission critical operations during 2 blizzards in Dec 2006, ensuring the safety of the base population while ensure the feeding of over 4000 cadets with the base closed for 4½ days.- Visionary visitor access policy and use of the physical environment mitigated assumed personnel risk and allowed enhanced access to over 1M people in the local community.- Aggressively sought and captured $10.3M in critical force protection funding to ensure security of the cadet area and staff.- Deployed to Iraq for a year advising the Iraqi National Police Force on police/military operations.
