As General Maintenance Supervisor are responsible for all air-conditioning unit, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and repair, preventive maintenance for accommodation and facilities.

- Boeing Materials Handling Corp. is a company handling Jungheinrich forklift (counter balance, internal combustion, diesel, gasoline, lpg and electric (battery operated)), reach truck, system truck, electric hand pallet and hand pallet truck.- Responsible for overseeing schedule done by Supervisor for all clients for the daily basis.- Responsible for meeting clients in their respective offices whenever they requested.- Responsible for implementing safety rules and regulations for all the Supervisor/Team Leaders and Technician in-house and client base.- Evaluating scope of works per clients for different needs and requirements.- Create training program for supervisors/team leaders and technicians for safety and technical knowhow.- Leads Supervisor/Team Leaders and Technician to attain their respective goal and target.- Continue making plan and improvement for the client satisfaction.- Oversee quotation for client from spare parts personnel for all clients.

Conduct safety meeting which covers the safety rules, remind subordinates everyday before the start of the shift.- Observed and monitor / implement safety rules.- Ensure all maintenance works are complying with EHS policies and procedures.- Supervise Material Handling Equipment (forklift) maintenance (Maxima, Still, Jungheinrich).- Handling maintenance off-site warehouses.- Supervised outside contractors for modification of Civil, Electrical and Mechanical works.- Assist and coordinate / evaluate the service execution with Project Engineer by giving input or suggestion in design, key factors, and structures, monitor the progress / status in-house projects within the scope of accountabilities and ensure work is done as per PM policies and procedures.- Support the factory operations by maintaining and operating the single phase, 240 V electrical systems, lighting and distribution networks, security and alarm systems, CCTV, fire alarm and detection system.- Building Management System of Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and associated equipment, including steam system and distribution lines, steam condensate lines, chilled water lines, duct work, motor starters, variable speed drivers, motors, conduit, intake and exhaust fans, HVAC filters, thermostats, control panels etc. - Carry out preventive maintenance and major repair of electrical systems, power, lighting and alarm distribution networks in order to optimize system and minimize operations downtime.- Executes maintenance planning through MEX computerized maintenance management system.Identify cause of problems of equipment or system and perform corrective actions to ensure continuous functionality.- Monitor man-hour, timing of the project, and give technical advice in recurring problem.- Utilized supervisory and management skill in solving problem recurring in the project and provide solution to the third party.- Conduct building inspection in all area.

- Electrical troubleshooting, wiring lay out and installation, circuit design.- Mechanical troubleshooting, machine alignment, machine installation and commissioning.- Instrumentation troubleshooting, design, calibration of instrument (gauges, thermometer, etc.)- Machine programming with Allen Bradley (RS500) Programmable Logic Control (PLC), Small Logic Control (SLC), and Omron (Sysmac).- Machine calibration (Force Variation Machine).- Work simplification project coordinator, responsible for handling project for revision, design with ergonomics for operator.- Conducting training in Electrical, Mechanical. Instrumentation, Programming and other computer related topics for maintenance.
