Ø Working directly with end client’s requirements like Tier1 venders/ Implementation partners those have Direct Contacts with in USA.Ø Interacting, developing Tier-1 Vendor or Implementation Partners network on daily basis to get the H1B/bench candidates placed in shortest possible cycle time.Ø Marketing H1B/Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job boards/ requirements.Ø Assist in preparing the effective resume and suggest for any modifications required broadcasting the consultants profile to Vendors on regular basis.Ø Negotiate the Rate and Billing terms and also organize formalities in fulfulling and sort out the issues in NCA/NDA/MSA raised by the legal team with the vendor/s or Implementation Partners.Ø Knowledge of Tax terms,such as Corp-to-Corp, 1099 & W2 and all Visa types of work authorizaiton.Ø Experience on working with any job portals DICE, Monster, Career Builders, Glassdoor, Hot jobs, etc.Ø Maintaining friendly rapport with the consultants and making them aware of submissions, vendor/Implementation partner’s calls and client interviews.Ø Handling post interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback, PO's Joining and MSA.Ø Keeping the whole team of management in loop on clients’ interviews, project onboard, etc.Ø Coordinating with the consultant till upon successful reporting to the client end.Ø Aggressive, dynamic & result oriented with strong communication skills.Ø Highly self-motivated and self-driven .Ø Knowledge on Recruiting ProcessØ Familiar with Paperwork and other stuff after the placement.
