Worked for the past 25 years primarily with machine shop equipment, lathes, mills, drill presses, hydraulic presses, surface grinders, horizontal boring mill, and computerized balancing machine-Worked from prints, sketches, and word of mouth or email descriptions-Check completed work pieces for quality and ensure their accuracy-Worked on steam generated coal fire power plants, natural gas plants, and hydro generation-I have also worked as a supervisor during outage work and have been responsible for a crew of machinist on numerous occasions-Assembled parabolic solar collectors and auxiliaries at solar power plant
