• Used a wide variety of programs, both in-house and industry standard software (Kerridge, Arval 1link).
• Dealing with vendor/business account queries via phone and email, resolutions often needed same day.
• Liaising with other departments to assist with queries and explain repair processes.
• Implementing efficiencies and developing new processes, presenting quarterly statistics to senior management.

• In this role I was responsible for dealing with questions and complaints from both retail and business accounts in the event that damage was sustained during a hire. It was largely a phone and email based role, however.
• Be available to take calls, deal with queries and complaints as a priority throughout the day.
• Collect late payments for damages to fleet vehicles, create payment plans for retail customers.
• Negotiate repayment when 100% collection was impossible. Issue refunds for incorrect charges taken at branches.
• Ensure strict compliance with UK data protection law, handling sensitive financial and customer data.
