Enterprise Holdings is the parent company of car rental companies Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car. The company is the largest car rental service provider in the world.In this role, I handled live repairs for the UK and Ireland fleet. My job was to check mechanical maintenance and repair work sent down by our vendor network, ensuring we were aware of what was required, and accurate pricing in line with the account structure. This would involve taking calls from our vendors and some business accounts. I was also responsible for approving Invoices for the larger UK accounts such as the AA. Responsibilities:• Targeted to Approve 200 repairs a day with an average 10 min response time, ensuring accurate pricing and repair work.• Used a wide variety of programs, both in-house and industry standard software (Kerridge, Arval 1link).• Dealing with vendor/business account queries via phone and email, resolutions often needed same day.• Liaising with other departments to assist with queries and explain repair processes.• Implementing efficiencies and developing new processes, presenting quarterly statistics to senior management.• Training and mentoring new team members.

In this role I was responsible for dealing with questions and complaints from both retail and business accounts in the event that damage was sustained during a hire. It was largely a phone and email based role, however I would have to use in-house programs to check hire information, and Barclays EPDQ to take payments or issue refunds.Responsibilities:• Be available to take calls, deal with queries and complaints as a priority throughout the day.• Collect late payments for damages to fleet vehicles, create payment plans for retail customers.• Negotiate repayment when 100% collection was impossible. Issue refunds for incorrect charges taken at branches.• Ensure strict compliance with UK data protection law, handling sensitive financial and customer data.
