As the Department Chair of Doctoral Programs and Assistant Professor at Cardinal Stritch University, I oversaw the quality and delivery of the doctoral curriculum, mentored doctoral students and faculty, and taught research methodology and leadership courses.My field of expertise is educational leadership, where I have developed and implemented effective strategies to support students' academic, career, and personal development. I have also published my dissertation on the impact of change in the educational environment. Additionally, I am a licensed realtor and a former school principal and administrator, with extensive knowledge and skills in educational leadership, administration, and management.
