With over 20 years of experience in the education sector, I am a dedicated educator and leader who strives to create positive and meaningful learning outcomes for students, faculty, and staff. As the Department Chair of Doctoral Programs and Assistant Professor at Cardinal Stritch University, I oversaw the quality and delivery of the doctoral curriculum, mentored doctoral students and faculty, and taught research methodology and leadership courses.My field of expertise is educational leadership, where I have developed and implemented effective strategies to support students' academic, career, and personal development. I have also published my dissertation on the impact of change in the educational environment. Additionally, I am a licensed realtor and a former school principal and administrator, with extensive knowledge and skills in educational leadership, administration, and management.
