About Joseph Muñoz

Being a child of the late 90s, I grew up surrounded by technology and watched as its role in our lives grew exponentially. What was once a novelty is now integral to the modern way of life. Watching companies embrace this ideology and become successful has inspired me to enter the tech field and find my place in this world.I’ve found my talent lies in business operations and anywhere I can communicate with people. I started out as an Office Administrator where I communicated with clients and scheduled tax appointments, to recently being an Operation and Communication Manager where I facilitated smooth operations within the company and fostered any communication necessary. I have been professionally trained with Merit America in their UX program, which I still practice as a hobby while pursuing my Google Professional Management Certification. Whether it be in an Operations position or as a Project Manager, I am passionate about being the intersection between people and technology, aiding companies in their goal to innovate and build the future!
