Joseph is a partner in the Melbourne office of King & Wood Mallesons in the Corporate Group.Joseph's practice primarily involves general corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on working with public companies in a range of areas such as securities offerings (including employee equity programs), mergers and acquisitions (including mergers and corporate reconstructions by scheme of arrangement, takeovers and trade sales), corporate governance and strategic advice.Joseph has been a visiting lecturer at Monash University teaching a course in equity capital markets law and is also a senior fellow at the University of Melbourne, teaching in the masters course on shareholder remedies. He co-edits a looseleaf service in the ASX Listing Rules and is a member of the Corporations Committee of the Law Council of Australia.
