From August 2022 – June 2023 I am volunteering as a Relay Worker for UCCF in Coventry. In this role I am working with students to help them with their faith at Coventry University. This involves supporting them in regular one-on-one meetings, public speaking, leading seminars and more. As well as this I am spending 8 hours a week studying theology.

For 10 weeks in the summer of 2021 I worked at Secure Team as a Junior IT Security Consultant in an internship type role. This included learning how to use my university degree skills in real life situations such as internal and external penetration tests, web vulnerability testing, onsite penetration tests and other small areas when helping in larger projects. This 10 week internship allowed me to learn a lot about what tools are effective, how to use my time wisely and write reports to be clear and useful to the client. The 10 weeks finished with me taking two external penetration tests independently, talking to the client and writing the report to go alongside the test.

Between Summer 2017 and September 2019, I taught three pupils piano every week. These were from beginner level to being able to read music and prepare for grade 1 piano exam.

In the summer of 2018, I completed two unpaid weeks in the Aviva Digital department learning how to work in a team scenario in sprints and looking into how the department worked.
