Joseph Murphy started in the real estate business at the age of 11; working alongside Lawrence Murphy. The duo flipped single-family houses and multi-family apartment buildings, with Joseph attending closings, interacting with customers, and performing maintenance. He was an integral partner in Phase One of the business to acquire, grow, operate, and sell 9 profitable self-storage properties in three states from 2012-2018.
