I have extensive experience across a variety of roles from 2.5+ years working at Dell Technologies, both in the Cork and Limerick sites. My main focus was in data analytics, using tools like PowerBI, Excel & Celonis to highlight actionable insights and help stakeholders to optimise service delivery processes. I also garnered experience in internal support, and was a point of contact for Dell partners (logistics, field engineers) in resolving issues with overdue service calls. Alongside this, I have harnessed valuable interpersonal & organisational skills through corporate concierge and hospitality roles while living in Australia. I also worked part-time during my studies at University College Cork, where I earned a First Class Honours BSc in Business Information Systems.
