With more than 20 years’ experience as a signalling engineer, Joseph has a comprehensive knowledge of developing, designing, verifying and leading high quality signalling systems across multiple rail operations both locally and internationally. He has worked hard within RCSA to introducing new technology to the industry and participate in research and development for RCSA’s cutting edge technology driven projects.Joseph has a proven track record of successfully executing projects in accordance with company procedures and specific client requirements, with an emphasis on safety, timeliness and cost efficiency. He is proven to be a motivator and facilitator, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.During Joseph’s time as the Engineering Team Leader in Melbourne he has worked hard at developing the team by providing mentorship and guidance. He is committed to improving communication across projects and vertically within the company to ensure the team is working with the latest standards, best practices and providing room for innovation. Joseph maintains a safety critical role in many of the Melbourne Teams active projects.
