First line of support for customers using the E-Commerce site InTouch

I did my placement year at the technology distribution company Tech Data. I was a brand new role, working for the sales director to provide an insight with Google Analytics. I have since returned to the e-commerce team once finishing university to work as the first line of support for the customers using the website. Responsibilities:• I was a new role focusing on the implementation of Google Analytics for the E-Commerce site.• Create reports for product managers on Google Analytics so they can understand how their products are performing.• First line of support for members of the sales floor and customers when using the E-Commerce site.• Create and police marketing material uploaded to the E-Commerce site.• Use Google Analytics data to provide suggestions for pricing strategies and to aid business decisions.

Testing the user experience of websites by completing set tasks and giving verbal feedback on the positives and negatives of the website.
