Throughout these roles, I've consistently delivered design solutions that align with business objectives while prioritizing the needs of end-users. My expertise extends to UX/UI design, service design, and integrating data-driven insights into the design process.One of my proudest achievements was leading the design of an enterprise platform that reduced operational costs by 35%. I’ve also significantly improved user activation and retention rates for JobKit Plus, contributing to enhanced LTV and recurring revenue for the company. Before transitioning into UX design, I was a Quality Lead at Venus Starch, where I developed a food safety system that secured ISO 22000 certification, paving the way for a key partnership with Nestlé.In my next role, I aim to deepen my expertise in data-driven design, focusing on leveraging usability and UX metrics to make informed design decisions.
