Managing daily work flow of the branch and its completionManagement and Authorisation of transactions in accordance with bank policySupervise the activities of all Operational staff within the branchResponsible for movement of cash from and to strong room and checking of cashiersAssist in the resolution of Customer Complains, Concerns and EnquiriesEnsuring of call over on all transactions dailyPreparing and Maintaining daily and Monthly reports on Branch Operational performance
