Acted as area director for the Bear Paw Scout Camp waterfront during the summer 2015 season. I was in charge of creating programs and activities including merit badge classes, open programming, and the camp-wide Water Carnival. I was also in charge of all waterfront safety protocols and personally revamped portions of our Emergency Action Plan. I led a team of 9 other staff members that worked together to run the waterfront. I also worked with other area directors and staff to assist in general camp operation and activities.
