Maintain the implemented policies, guidance, systems, procedures and tools related to monitoring and evaluation, and update as needed.Oversee all the data collection and analysis processes to measure progress and achievements according to the M&E plan.Write reports, analyse findings and provide recommendations as required for contributions to planning, risk management and reporting. Ensure easy public access to M&E reports and data and support wide distribution.Develop close working relationships with all project participants and stakeholders; establish and maintain good working relations with the relevant government ministries, as well as other higher-level stakeholder groups.Promote dissemination of lessons and knowledge sharing.Maintain detailed knowledge of all relevant issues in the field of Monitoring & Evaluation.Perform additional ad hoc assignments as per request of the line manager.
