I am currently a student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where I am majoring in Biology on the Pre-Med track, while minoring in Business and Chemistry. This has led to relevant course work in a variety of subjects including - Biology(Cellular/Molecular, Genetics, Evolution, Behavioral Ecology, Behavior, Anatomy and Physiology)- Chemistry (General, Organic, Organic Lab, Inorganic)- Physics- Math (Calculus, Statistics)- Business (Accounting, Management, Marketing, Finance)- Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology)I am also a member of the University's Club Water Polo Team, where I currently hold the position of Vice-President and Safety Officer. This has a range of responsibilities including managing team finances, merchandise, fundraising, and social image for the club.The breadth of my work experience ranges from working in retail and customer service, to working as a bartender, all the way to working as a substitute teacher, and to running the aquatics programs at my local YMCA. Through this I have gained skills in customer service, communication, employee management, teaching, and working with kids. I intend on pursuing a career in the Medical Field, and hope to acquire relevant experience before attending graduate school to pursue a degree in Medicine.
