Launched the first e-tailer to provide a same-day, one-hour delivery service to consumers. Products available included videos, DVDs, CDs, books, meals, snacks, drinks, electronics, home essentials and health and beauty aids. Grew revenues to a $60 million annualized run-rate in 2001 with 3 profitable markets (NY, SF, Boston). Filed $150 million IPO in Feb 2000. Major Investors included: Amazon, Starbucks, Softbank, Chase Capital.
