In order to achieve this myself and my team trained extensively to be proficient at every task expected of us.> I was also a rescue swimmer and life guard. This skill allowed me to train our troops how to survive, should we crash over water. I would also be the one to jump out and rescue them to safety.> 1300 hours of flight time on the MH-60L/K Blackhawk of which 550 hours are under night vision goggles. Proficient in aerial refueling, fast roping over buildings and ships, miniguns, rocket launchers, Hellfire missiles, 30 MM Cannon, FLIR, Chaff, flares, etc.> Intimate knowledge of the MH-60L/K Blackhawk. Proficient at troubleshooting and repair of the helicopter and its components. Completely disassembled and reassembled the Blackhawk, no less than 10 times for extensive and routine maintenance and repair.> Served as the Safety Non Commissioned Officer for the company. This role is very similar to industrial safety while conducting everyday work in the field. However it also entails training on risk management and hazard assessment for conducting tasks such as at the gun range as well as performing risky aerial maneuvers.
