Mr. Perello, a Principal and Vice President of Suburban Consulting Engineers (SCE), is a Licensed Landscape Architect and Licensed Professional Planner. He is the Principal in Charge of a variety of project types including Higher Education Facilities, K-12 Education Facilities, Athletic Facility Design and Master Planning, Park and Recreation Facilities, and Site Development, Design, Planning and Project Management and oversight for Private and Public Clients. His expertise lies in leading and coordinating project teams in the master planning, site design, approvals, and construction documentation and administration of public and private facilities that include parks and recreation facilities, athletic complexes, streetscapes and urban plazas, residential and public gardens, and site development plans for commercial, corporate, residential and educational facilities. With over 36 years of experience with both public and private sector clients, Mr. Perello is fully versed in management and design of projects including site analysis, conceptual and final design, design development, graphic renderings, public presentations, regulatory approvals, construction document preparation and project construction site supervision. Mr. Perello has been instrumental in the preparation of municipal and county wide recreation master plans, the coordination and presentation of public input meetings, team building and strategic brainstorming sessions, and the successful design and project management of noteworthy public spaces, park, recreation and athletic facilities, and corporate and education facility campus master plans. Throughout his experience, Mr. Perello has collaborated in the design, planning and project management of over 800 public facility projects in the NJ, NY and PA region, and has received more than 50 awards for projects recognized for design excellence.

As an appointed volunteer member of the NJ State Board of Architects, responsible for protecting the public's health and safety by determining the qualifications of architects seeking licensure in the State of New Jersey, establishing standards for practice, and disciplining licensees who do not adhere to those requirements. I've had the honor of serving as a Board Member, Vice President and served as President of the New Jersey State Board of Architects.
