Leveraging my extensive experience in call center operations, where time is of the essence, I applied valuable insights to optimize the claims operation. Overseeing a diverse team of over 300 associates, including 12 managers and 2 administrative assistants across sites in four states, I ensured the seamless and efficient distribution of over $15 billion in Federal Trust Fund dollars to more than 192,000 Medicare providers and suppliers.Additionally, I assumed responsibility for managing the operating budget, expertly preparing, managing, and forecasting an annual budget of approximately $50 million.
