Scope includes mapping of sequence of events (cam timings etc) for colour, mono operation etc, understand control of Toner Dispensing System, Image Quality Analysis, Background Noise and Toner Mass Correlation for print operation. The output sets the benchmark which has to be met or exceeded with.Contribution1. Functional understanding of a black box system - XXXX. 2. System timing of run modes – colour, mono and combination. Various process conditions include colour/mono originals, no. of copies etc for steady and transient operation. 128 signal port Labview DAQ has been used to acquire data and Matlab has been used for signal analysis. 3. Process Controls – Toner dispensing system for starvation analysis. Mapping of dispense system during the 100% Area Coverage on Single Colour and 50% on Mixed Colours [sharing dispense drive motor] for long run print operation. 4. IQAF – Background particle (CMYK) count. Gives insight on noise before and after print operation.5. Image Quality Analysis - L*a*b* variation on the IB, OB and the Center during print operation.6. Extreme loads are analyzed using various statistical tools.
