AS the HIV Testing Officer , I work to demonstrate the following under AK project ;-To strengthen the strategic identification of PLHIV, increase positivity and coverage to attain the first 95 of the HIV clinical cascade at the project supported facilities in the respective region and district with frequent technical advice and guidance from the HIV testing Advisor-Coordinate all facility based HTS activities including index testing, O-PITC, HIVST, HIV social Network Testing and linkage case management are implemented at the acceptable service delivery standards-Ensure implementation of effective differentiated identification of PLHIV that aligns with the national standard for HIV testing.-Advise CHMTs on the agreed effective evidence-based differentiated testing models for identification of PLHIV targeting high risk sub-groups at facility level including older men, young adults, adolescent girls and young women, and Key and vulnerable population -To provide supportive supervision, mentorship, coaching, on-the-job training, off-site orientation, dissemination of guidelines and standards and scale best practices to the project supported facilities and Make use of training materials/curriculum, SOPs and Job Aids useful to the providers according to the National guidelines and policies - support implementation of high yielding HTS strategies including index testing and o-PITC services to supported sites -To ensure the Provider-initiated HIV Testing and Counselling is offered at all service points (inpatient, outpatient, MNCH and TB clinics, STI clinics,) at project supported health facilities -To assist in the development of weekly, monthly and quarterly work plans for the implementation of HTS Positive identification strategies-Provide other technical support for HTS activities, monitoring, reporting, evaluation and documentation in a timely manner-Support project supported sites in implementation of strategies to identify unreached HIV positive clients

AS the HIV/AID Prevention, Care and Treatment clinician , I work to demonstrate the following under USAID BORESHA AFYA/EGPAF -Provide comprehensive HIV/AID care and treatment services and technical assistance to the surrounded facilities by Ensure all clients tested positive are linked in the same day into care and treatment through LCM-provide consultation to HIV patients by managing of opportunistic infection ,staging of HIV people for management of ART complication and provide Post exposure prophylaxis-conduct index testing services at facility by establishment and maintaining sustainable system to work with health care worker to make sure proper documentation of HTS register and HTS tools-Support ,inform ,and assist in availability and accessibility of services for PLHIV and HIV related services -To Assist in identifying the patients missed opportunity of services such as HVL,MMS,INDEX during clinic day and channel to services-Facilitate integration of services Family planning ,TB prevention ,To PLHIV-Collaborate with data officer and service provider to prepare /compile and submit report to USAID BORESHA AFYA/EGPAF in weekly ,monthly ,quarterly and Annual needed for indicator for all project proprieties -Provide mentorship on Focused HIV testing Index testing ,Optimized PITC -Participate in Clinical team meeting -Ensure all clients are in ART optimal regime
