CurrentHomeSleep LLC serves patients, physicians, hospitals, dentists and employers in the increasingly important field of obstructive sleep apnea as a provider of home sleep testing (HST) and sleep wellness services.Starting in 2012 as a part-time administrator and assistant to HomeSleep’s shipping department, I was quickly recognized for the wider value I could bring to what was then a fledgling startup. I accepted a full-time position and began working across several departments, after which I was named Director of Operations. My operations role expands across the entire company and working directly with all departments, including Confirmation, Benefits/HR, Scheduling, Payroll, Shipping, Medical Records, Billing/Collections, Sales & Marketing and Finance. As the main point of contact for all our vendors/contracts, I continue to build on the long-term relationships I’ve created with Medical Directors, HomeSleep LLC affiliate physicians, HomeSleep board panel physicians and hospitals/practices that refer patients to us.Additional responsibilities❖ Talent management and performance assessment for the company and its affiliates❖ Corporate Communication & Patient Relations❖ Manage insurance contracts and ensure compliance with contracts.❖ Inventory management
