HomeSleep LLC’s turnkey home sleep testing solutions and sleep wellness tools are pivotal in increasing the diagnosis and treatment rates of this potentially serious sleep disorder. In my role as Chief Operating Officer, I’ve made it my goal to continue growing the company into the largest home sleep testing provider in the country. I am responsible for every aspect of our operations. I’m proud to mentor and work alongside our team of talented professionals as they grow in the field and advance into new positions.Key Accomplishments at HomeSleep LLC❖ Instrumental in obtaining contract with New York Metropolitan Transit Authority to provide sleep testing services for the organization’s operators and engineers. After many months of securing partners and proposal-writing, HomeSleep was chosen from a pool of 30 vendors to provide sleep apnea testing to more than 10,000 bus operators, train conductors, engineers and new hires. The massive contract gave HomeSleep even greater clout in the industry.❖ Helped create HomeSleep’s Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. The patient-management software rolled out in 2019.❖ Transitioned 90% of HomeSleep’s workforce to WFH in late 2019. Covid was the natural segue for this transition. Prior to this, our entire staff came into the office daily.
