I like to operate in a detail oriented and process driven manner with integrity as a focus.I’m always looking for ways to fine tune and gain efficiencies in the day to day operation. I do this by bringing a strong focus on organization and process improvement. I believe communication and encouragement are key for building the right team to achieve these goals.With 8+ years in the production industry managing a startup company that grew into a publicly traded company, I have developed the experience and skillsets required to manage people and process in production. Along the way developing team members into various roles of leadership. I am not interested in playing corporate games. I just like to do my job to the best of my ability with like minded individuals.
