I enjoy connecting with people and helping others achieve things they never thought were possible. I believe that your home life and work life are strongly related; if you can go to work with some great people and have a good time, you're going to have a good time at home also.There are a few important leadership traits that I have found to be very important and I work to emulate, and develop these items:- Positive energy: With positive energy, and little else, amazing things are possible.- Genuine nature: If people understand your motivation and intent are about teaching and learning to make you both better, the speed of your business will dramatically increase.- Belief: I have had some great people believe that I was capable of more than what I was producing. Hopefully others have had a similar experience. If you believe in others, they will accomplish things that weren't possible before.- Character: Whether you have character, or are one, there has to be a personality in there. Don't take yourself too seriously, add some fun and excitement and you will create relationships, and more importantly "moments" with others, and that is what fuels my drive for leadership.- "Grit": Grit is a relatively new topic from TED talks, but it means staying positive, and strong through adversity. It's the ability to not let failure stop your progress, you learn from it and either find a way to be successful, or make one.
