The Network Operations Director is responsible for ensuring that the Managed Services teams, including Network Operations, Senior Systems Engineers, and Continuity/Automation Specialists, operate at peak efficiency. This role focuses on driving operational improvements, optimizing service delivery, maintaining financial performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Director leads the development and execution of strategies for process improvements, team leadership, and service management practices.

The goal of a GadellNet Network Operations Lead is to ensure the continued success of the NOC Analysts and Continuity and Automation specialists. The NetOps Lead will ensure proper SLA is met regarding all RMM alerting, will verify resolution paths and proper client communication on all Major Incident notifications provided by the NOC. The position focused heavily on time review, process adherence, problem ticket identification and the technical growth of the engineers reporting to the position.
