The Admissions and Outreach Manager will play a critical role in expanding access to our mental health and recovery program. This position involves overseeing the admissions process, managing outreach initiatives, and fostering relationships with community partners and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and have experience in program management or community outreach.

The Substance Use Navigator plays a crucial role in guiding patients toward evidence-based treatment for Substance Use Disorders (SUDs), emphasizing easy access to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and harm reduction strategies. Navigators engage in outreach, identify patients, conduct initial assessments, introduce patients to MAT programs, arrange appointments at outpatient MAT clinics, act as coaches and resources, advocate for cultural change within the hospital, and facilitate access to additional services like mental health care and primary care. They also conduct business development outreach with other agencies, hospitals, and facilities to establish and nurture relationships for patient referrals upon discharge.
