With over three decades at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, my leadership in security operations has significantly enhanced safety protocols across our expansive Ambulatory Care Network. Our team has developed and implemented over 40 annual training programs, elevating the skills of 140+ security officers, and ensuring rigorous adherence to security policies and emergency response procedures.Specializing in site risk assessment and department-specific training, our collaborative efforts have fortified the Ambulatory Care Network, contributing to a resilient healthcare infrastructure. My role also involves serving as a key security liaison for high-stakes projects, including emergency preparedness and notable dignitary visits, underpinning our commitment to community well-being.
